Sean was an award-
winning basketball coach.
Before he started speaking at conferences and coaching leaders around the country, Sean learned to develop winning teams as an award-winning basketball coach.
His specialty was taking head coaching positions in underperforming programs who had been struggling for years with only a few wins.
In the process he built highly successful cultures.
With each team, he taught inexperienced players how to increase their awareness, form new beliefs about their ability, and – developing his players into winning teams. In the process he built highly successful cultures, taking one team from only a few wins in the previous season to an undefeated 12-0 region record.
Today, Sean works with companies throughout the world
His ability to transform teams led Sean into speaking about the process and soon he was asked by companies to help create the same kind of winning culture in their organization.

Sean Glaze maintains a membership with the Association of Experiential Education and the Southeast Association of Facilitators, and as director of programs for the Georgia chapter of the National Speakers Association, he was chosen as the 2015 Member of the Year!
He earned his Bachelors Degree in English at Georgia Southern University, and then added Masters and Specialist Degrees from Jacksonville State University. As the author of The Unexpected Leader, Rapid Teamwork, The 10 Commandments of Winning Teammates, and Staying Coachable, Sean Glaze is committed to helping organizations develop teams and their leaders so they can become more positive, productive, and profitable.
